Add another unit to the category of small-sized projectors, the K10 made by Acer. This model will hit the shelves next year, on January 2009, with a price tag of $450. The Acer K10 uses Texas Instrument DLP technology and has a native SVGA resolution, but other settings like SXGA and WXGA+ can also be used. In the technical department it features a contrast ratio of 1000:1, and lumens ANSI level of 100. In terms of connections it has S-Video, and D-Sub/VGA, while the supported formats are the usual widescreens and the more traditional 4:3.
How small sized is the Acer K10? Only 127 x 122mm and pretty lightweight too – 0.55Kg.
