Junior Wells and Michel Camilo are the latest artists to be released on SACD by Telarc International.
Junior Wells’ ‘Come On In This House’ was released yesterday; it’s an acoustic session – now presented as a multichannel SACD – that earned a Grammy nomination in 1997 in the Best Blues Recording category.
Guest artists include: Tab Benoit, Corey Harris, Alvin ‘Youngblood’ Hart, Sonny Landreth, Bob Margolin, John Mooney, Derek Trucks, Herman Ernest III, Jon Cleary and Bob Sunda.

Also released on the 13th February was ‘Triangulo’ – another multi-channel disc – by jazz pianist and composer Michel Camilo.
According to Telarc, Michel Camilo is “…renowned for combining rich harmonies with the Caribbean flavours and Latin rhythms of his native Dominican Republic with flawless technique and contemporary outlook.” The disc also features artists Anthony Jackson (bass) and Horacio ‘El Negro’ Hernandez (drums).
