NEC V300X 3D Ready DLP Projector Now Available for Under $800

Projector manufacturers come forth just about everyday to show off their latest offerings. NEC, in particular, has come forth several times in the past couple of weeks to show off their latest projectors set for use within classrooms and home theaters alike. Their latest announcement focuses on the V300X designed for use within classroom or enterprise settings but features some note worthy specs making it capable of holding its own against some mid range home theater projectors.

First and foremost the V300X is capable of display 3D content but is available now for under $800. Past that it features a 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 2,000:1 contrast ratio and 3,000 ANSI lumens. Port wise this projector features HDMI, DVI, composite, component and s-video ports along with an RJ45 port for LAN capabilities. Additionally, the V300X features a 7-watt speaker along with audio-out ports meaning you can either use the projector on its own or with an external speaker. NEC also tells us that the V300X features DLP technology and a lamp capable of lasting 5,000 hours.

Sounds pretty good to us and remember, the NEX V300X 3D projector is available now for under $800.
