Mitsubishi to release HC9000D 3D Home Theater Projector

I believe that Mitsubishi is not going to do LCD screens anymore, and planning to focus on really big screens.

Apparently, they are still going to do projectors. This is Mitsubishi’s new 3D home theater projector, and it can also do 2D images as well. I have the specs in the next paragraph, but I don’t seem to have the maximum amount of inches for the projected image. Normally, that is the first spec they list, but…oh well.

Other specs include full HD resolution at 1920 x 1080, a contrast ratio of 150,000:1, 1100 ANSI lumens brightness, as well as 4,000 hours of lamp life in Eco Mode. As for the connectivity ports, it has 2 HDMI, as well as component, composite, D-Sub, and S-Video.

Mitsubishi is planning on releasing the HC9000D projector sometime next week into the mass market. I have no idea if that is going to be a worldwide release, but I have heard that the price is going to be about $10,000.
