Xtreamer has announced a new HTPC which they call Xtreamer Ultra HTPC launching, which will be powered by Nvidia’s new Ion 2 CPU/GPU combination, making 1080p playback an easy thing. The new HTPC sports an Intel Atom D525, up to 4GB of DDR3 RAM, HDMI and DVI outputs, six USB ports, WiFi and Bluetooth, and gigabit Ethernet. There’s also an IR port for IR controls and remotes. The HTPC will retail for $130, but won’t include an operating system (you can always install a free copy of Ubuntu).
