Panasonic TC-P42U2 Television Review-Surprisingly Solid Deal

I’ve got a good deal for you today, folks–it’s not every day we find a decent price on a plasma television, and this is one of those rare occasions. Today we’re talking about the Panasonic TC-P42U2, and you’ll probably be as surprised as I am here.

The Panasonic TC-P42U2 is a forty two inch 1080p plasma television that offers VIERA Link to give you one-remote access to all your compatible hardware, a game mode to reduce blurring in high-speed situations, VIERA Image Viewer so you can show off your pictures on your TV with the included SD card slot, two ten watt speakers with surround sound decoders, three HDMI inputs, two component inputs, two composite inputs and one digital audio output.

As you’d likely expect from a 1080p picture, it’s very nice, if a little–just a little, mind you–on the small side. And the sound quality is roughly what you’d expect from ten watt speakers, though these do get just a little extra boost from surround sound decoders.

Plenty of features, good quality picture and sound…maybe not the best in any category we’ve seen so far, but still pretty nice. And perhaps the best part, you can get your hands on the Panasonic TC-P42U2 for six hundred forty-two dollars out at Amazon.

So if you’re looking for a new television, don’t mind a smaller screen, you might want to take a look at the Panasonic TC-P42U2.
