Philips SRM7500 Multimedia Remote

.Philips introduced their latest Multimedia Remote SRM7500 at the CEDIA 2007. The latest remote brings with it Windows® Vista™ home entertainment alive. It also supports basic Windows SideShow functionality enabling the users to browse and play pictures, music, TV show and programming guides. Philips SRM7500 offers easy access to information such as newsfeeds, stock quotes and emails on the remote’s LCD display.

The remote control SRM7500 is engineered to allow more audio and visual content to be managed through a single device than ever before. It is designed to control PCs running the Media Center edition in Windows® Vista™ Home Premium along with any five other audio and visual devices. Without touching PC or TV screen users can access to songs and playlists, sorted by artist, album or genre. Designed to manage almost every TV, set top box, DVD player, VCR and music system, the SRM7500 will be available from October at a retail price of $199.99.
