We just told you earlier today that Sony’s Playstation 3 home video game console would be getting an update to bring things such as 3D compatibility along with YouTube functionality and now we arguably an even better announcement.

Hulu has just announced today that their Hulu Plus subscription based service is now available to a select number of Playstation Plus subscribers. During this initial test run the service will be free for these Playstation Plus subscribers with a $10 a month subscription fee being instated during its final release.

What’s even better for PS3 owners is the fact that Hulu Plus will be exclusive to Sony’s video game console for the rest of the year. Take that, Microsoft!
