Westinghouse Quad HDTV With 2160p

Westinghouse exhibited their new Quad HDTV at the CES which has some impressive specs on it. The 52 inch TV has a whopping resolution of 2160p (3840 x 2160 pixels) which means that it runs on 8.3 megapixels which is our times more than 1080p TVs (1920×1080p) and more than twice the resolution of Dell’s, HP’s and Apple’s 30″ desktop LCDs. However its not for the consumers and is perfect for industrial usage since HD players only run 1080p! Also the $50,000 price tag would make the Average Joe stay behind!
