A few weeks ago, Warner Bros and Facebook started a movie rental program where you could rent and watch The Dark Knight on Facebook for your Facebook credits. Apparently that was a success and Warner is now expanding their lineup to five films; Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, Inception, Life as We Know It and Yogi Bear. So far the offer is only available in the US, where Facebook users can use their credits to purchase a 48 hour rental of a movie. Personally, we prefer Netflix and Blu-ray, but if you’re a Facebook junkie, you might be interested in Warner’s new offerings. Even if they are quite limited.
