Late last month we got our first glimpse of the sub-$1,000 1080p projector from Vivitek, entitled the H1080FD, which promised to feature top notch picture quality at a reasonable price.

That price tag, however, is only for the US. The UK on the other hand has been subject to a comparably higher price but luckily Vivitek has decided to cut said price down to ?850.
