While us here in the United States have been enjoying our TiVo DVRs, out friends across the pond in the UK have not been so fortunate. Luckily, word has just gotten out that TiVo is partnering with Virgin Media to bring their box back to the UK.

There’s no word if this TiVo/Virgin Media box will be brand new or just a re-badged version so we’ll have to keep you posted o that one. What we do know, however, is that the box will be providing search linking with Amazon, YouTube, BBC’s iPlayer and standard broadcast channels.

Unfortunately, there’s no telling when this box is set to drop so we’re going to have to be patient.
