The Maestro is virtually an unknown in the world of home theater peripherals and coming from Norway, one would be lost in connecting this name to home theater terminology. But the reality of it all is that the Maestro is a product of Electrocompaniet.
The Maestro combines familiar media home theater peripherals like a Blu-ray player, AM/FM HD radio, Internet radio and LAN-based audio-video streamers plus a three channel amplifier in one stylish box. It even includes WiFi which should virtually be a boxed home theater set that people would consider having. The Maestro will be shipping this fall and will retail for a cool $7,500.
