Sony recently unveiled the new 1080p SXRD front home theater projector. The latest VPL-VW70 Projector offers an exhilarating home theater viewing experience with thrilling visuals and gripping sound. Amongst its stunning features, the advanced 24p True Cinema™ technology unconditionally offers magnetic theater performance accompanied by larger than life visuals and clear sound.

Especially, tailor-made according to the special needs of a home theater connoisseur, the VPL-VW70 projector boasts of 60,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 800 ANSI lumens Brightness, in addition to the 1920×1080 class-resolution.

The main feature of the latest Sony offering is its ability to accept an external anamorphic lens that when exclusively paired with the Sony’s Anamorphic Zoom Mode allows user to enjoy panel resolution and screen size while watching a movie at the 2.35:1 aspect ratio.

For custom installation, the projector is specifically designed to incorporate panel alignment adjustment function, which allows user to regulate the pictures. The built-in BRAVIA Engine 2™ all-digital video signal processing engine minimizes the noise interference and delivers rich and vibrant colors in the form of sharp and vivacious pictures. Sony VPL-VW70 Projector will be available in November at a price of $ 8,000.
