Sony Japan recently announced its latest video projector VPL-VW60 equipping 0.61 type full HD panel SXRD (Silicon X-tal Reflective Display). The Projector features a resolution of horizontal 1,920 pixel ? vertical 1,080 pixels, 35,000:1 contrast ratio, 200W high pressure mercury lamp and advanced iris automatic mode selection. The Projector delivers superior image quality with brighter whites and darker blacks. Sony VPL-VW60 will be available at an expected price of 441,000 Yen (420,000 Yen in tax removal price) September 20th. Being made by Sony, the Projector loads the high picture quality circuit “brassiere beer engine” to project hi-vision image of the blue ray disk.
