It features full high-definition 1080/24p support and four HDMI and three component inputs. For simple content and device navigation, the receiver features an icon-driven menu system. The receiver has the ability to upscale analog video sources to 1080p resolution via HDMI. For simple connection to external sources such as iPhone and iPod, it features a Digital Media Port.
To match with Sony’s line of Blu-ray Disc players and televisions, the receiver flaunts a sleek piano black gloss design. The STR-DN1010 AV receiver will be available for around $500 from this June.
