Sony is set to unveil another 3D TV to be inserted to its Bravia line of TV sets with the Sony LX900 3D TV. This new 3D TV will come with two new features, face detection and presence sensor technology. As you would guess, these are meant to save you a bit in electric bills as they will either dim or turn of the TV when you look away or leave the room completely.

Aside from these energy conservation features, the Sony LX900 will also come with other power saving functions including an ambient light sensor that adjusts brightness and an Energy Savings Switch to help you minimize power usage. These new Sony TV sets will be shipped as well in recycled material packaging and manuals.
