Sharp Japan has released 10 new models under its Quadtron series where four models provide support for 3D. The new Quadtron TV Series will be available in different screen sizes (60, 52, 46 and 40”) and will be backed by a UV2A panel for full HD resolution support.

Included upon purchase will be a pair of active 3D shutter glasses for depth and needed brightness for 3D content viewing. Other features of the TV sets include dual TV tuners and USB recording. They will be out in Japan by July 30 with prices starting at $3,200 for the 40” models.
