Sanyo has come forth today to announce two new home theater projectors that are now available for purchase; the PLV-Z800 and PLV-Z4000. These projectors both feature 3LCD display technology, a full hD 1920 x 1080 resolution and 1200 ANSI lumens.

The PLV-Z800 differs from the Z4000 in the sense of contrast ratio where the former has a 10000:1 contrast ratio while the later as a 65000:1 contrast ratio. Additional, they both feature RGB, composite, component, s-video and 2 HDMI ports.

Like I said before, these projectors are available now with the PLV-Z800 being priced at $3299 and the PLV-Z4000 priced at $4499.
