Samsung UN55C7000 LED Television Review-Big And Impressive

Samsung’s been doing a lot of exciting things in the LED television department of late, so it’s not really a surprise that I’ve got another one on tap for you today. Today we’re looking at the Samsung UN55C7000, and it will be a big and impressive unit, and cost like one to boot.

The Samsung UN55C7000 is a fifty five inch 1080p LED television that offers 3D capability once you’ve got all the right components in place, as well as Samsung SMART TV capability to give you access to a whole bunch of widgets, including streaming applications like Netflix. Plus, it includes a 240 Hz refresh rate, Ultra Clear Panel technology for improved picture quality, ConnectShare Movie to access content on USB or SD media, a game mode to improve your gaming experience, Wide Color Enhancer Pro systems to further help out the picture quality, two fifteen watt speakers, BDWise to automatically adjust component settings, a Skype utility to let you use your TV like a video phone, AnyNet Plus, four HDMI ports, two USB ports, a PC input, a component video input, an optical sound output, and an ethernet jack.

It’s hard not to like this one, as about the only complaint you can have about it is the lack of support for older equipment, which is a common complaint of mine. However, it’s more than made up for with plenty of support for newer equipment, as well as lots of streaming support, and even the specific Samsung apps to make things even better here. And as a television itself, of course, it’s a smashing success, featuring unusually powerful speakers (most speakers I see stop at ten watt as opposed to fifteen watt) and a heavily modified picture to really make this sucker sit up and dance.

And you’ll be able to get one of these for a pretty hefty sum–the folks at Amazon want fully $2599 for one of these.

So for those of you on a budget, you’ll want to stay far away from the Samsung UN55C7000, but if you’re okay with dropping a whole lot of cash on a new television, you’ll get what you pay for with this one.
