Samsung UN26C4000PD Television Review-A Metaphorically Huge Surprise

I’ve always maintained that you really can’t do a proper home theater setup on anything less than a thirty two inch screen, so you know there’s always a reason for me coming in here and talking about a twenty six inch television.

And this time, I’ve got several great reasons–today we’re talking about the Samsung UN26C4000PD, a television sufficiently worthwhile to break my own rules.

The Samsung UN26C4000PD is a twenty six inch 720p LED television that offers Wide Color Enhancer Plus technology along with LED backlighting, a pair of five-watt speakers with both Dolby Digital and DTS decoders, two HDMI inputs, one component video input, one PC input, one optical audio output, Anynet Plus, ConnectShare Movie, and a game mode to reduce blurring in high-speed images.

You can see right away that, for a smaller television, this is going to pack a lot of utility.  And it’s not just utility here, either–the television looks pretty nice for a 720p system, and sounds surprisingly good for five watt speakers, too.  But here’s the best part–Best Buy has these for five hundred and fifty bucks.  You too can get in on the newest innovation in television technology for under six hundred bucks.

And with a surprising development like that, how could I have helped but review the Samsung UN26C4000PD?  You see why I had to, and if you’re looking for the newests in new televisions, but you’re watching your budget carefully, then this just might be what you need.
