Samsung Korea added two new models LN40/46A550P1F to its lineage of HD LCD TVs. The company sold 2000000 sets during the year 2006, while 8600000 was the number in 2007. In 2008, the company plans to sell 18000000 sets. This is just because of the increasing demand for High Definition LCD TVs in the global market. The black colored panels feature DNIe+ and contrast ratio 30,000:1.
