Samsung recently announced its latest Samsung HL-S6187W Widescreen HDTV LCD model. The HDTV operates at 50 °F to 104 °F (10 °C to 40 °C) temperature. HL-S6187W features aspect ratio 16:9 and resolution 1,080 p with 10,000:1 contrast ratio to deliver crisp images in blacker blacks and crisper whites. It consumes 230 W of electric power. Latest technologies employed in HDTV include Cinema Smooth light engine, SAMSUNG’s DNIe – Digital Natural Image engine and faster color wheel for smooth image reproduction without jerks or judders.
