Samsung Electronics America, world’s leading supplier of professional LCD and PDP display products, has announced that it is displaying its new CX Series of professional large format displays at InfoComm 2008. Featuring Samsung’s award-winning industrial design, this new series was created for environments with a requirement of form and function.

“Introducing new features, such as the addition of a built-in tuner, with design functionality and high-quality performance combined with the built-in PC, is another example of Samsung’s commitment to growth, innovation, development and success within the digital signage industry,” said Christopher Franey, vice president of commercial sales and marketing for Samsung Electronics America, Information Technology Division.

Samsung CX Series LCD features a built-in HDTV tuner and provides a variety of uses with unlimited control from your network. It also features an anti burn-in and anti image-retention circuits to minimize the possibility of static images damaging the unit. Sporting a high-gloss shiny finish, Samsung CX Series LCD offers a resolution of up to 1366 x 768 cd/m2.

With Samsung CX Series LCD, you get a three-year limited warranty on labor and parts. Samsung CX Series LCD will be available in late August 2008 through Samsung resellers and distribution channels.
