Samsung Central Station wireless monitor, a.k.a. the SyncMaster C27A750

When Samsung is not working on glasses-free 3D TVs, or Blu-ray or other home theater projects, it is apparently working on its Central Station.

We first reported on how the company showed off the Central Station at CES last January, and it seems to have shown up on a European catalog with a different moniker of the SyncMaster C27A750.

This is the 27-inch monitor that you see here in all of its glory, and it uses Ultra Wide Band (UWB) technology and a USB dongle to connect to a laptop. It also has HDMI, VGA, as well as USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 ports. The resolution is at 1920 x 1080 pixels, and I hope that the wireless syncing works well.

The SyncMaster C27A750 is expected to hit Europe by the end of April for a price of €600. If this product is a hit, I will imagine that will see a lot of new monitors and displays that depend on wireless syncing.
