Pioneer recently added two new 5.1-channel receivers, the VSX-520-K and VSX-820-K, to its A/V receiver category. The receivers are first of its kind to feature Bluetooth audio streaming. Integrated with an array of features, both the receiver promises to offer vibrant music experiences.

To provide HD connectivity options and 3D home theater experience, the receivers features the latest HDMI 1.4 version. Both the VSX-520-K and VSX-820-K are "Works with iPhone" certified receivers that allows playback of content on an iPhone and iPod. Additionally, the receivers feature a front panel iPhone Control button and supports Dolby ProLogic IIz decoding.

The receivers also feature Pioneer’s proprietary audio enhancement and room calibration technologies such as Advanced Sound Retriever, Auto Level Control and Multi-Channel Acoustic Calibration that elevates the sound quality experience of compressed audio. Finished with premium glossy black, both the models will be available by March 2010 through national and regional retailers.
