Netflix iPad app updated, includes support for video out

.

If you’ve been using your Netflix for iPad application you’ll know that it’s some pretty damn good software. However, a recent update that’s been pushed out for the app will give even more people a reason to try it out.

Thanks to the iTunes store, we now know that the iPad Netflix app has been updated to 1.0.2 effectiveness bringing “support for video output via VGA, component, and composite dongles”. So this obviously mean’s you’ll be able to hook your iPad up to a television or even projector and stream Netflix movies to the screen that way.

Of course, seeing as it is an Apple product, you’re still going to be forced to pay $30 for the iPod connector – VGA dongle.
