Recently, LG announced the upcoming launch of a new Full HD monitor called the W2246T for consumers in Japan. This device is a 21.5-inch LED-backlight monitor that’s packing 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 30,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, 5ms response time and running on only 24W while in use. Furthermore, mini-DVI-D and dual D-Sub connectors are also included. Thus, the LG W2246T is due for release in Japan midway through this month for about 15,000 Yen ($182).
