The Blu-ray player market is quickly getting saturated but not before Kaleidescape shows off their offerings. The company has just annoucned both the M300 and M500 Blu-ray players.

The M300 is pretty much your run of the mill Blu-ray player with an extraordinary price tag ($2,495) while the M500 features the unique ability to copy Blu-rays, DVDs and CDs onto your home server. of course, you’re still going to need to have the physical disc in the tray to stream the content from the server, effectively defeating the purpose of the whole thing. Pretty ridiculous considering they are askign you to pay $3,995 for it.

But oh well, I’m sure someone will buy it.
