Recently, Hitachi announced that their newest LED-LCD TV series will be equipped with integrated surround sound since they formed a partnership with SRS Labs. So, the new Hitachi TVs known as the LE32A04A, LE42X04A, LE47X04A, and LE55X04A will come with the new SRS TruSurround XT feature. With this special option, consumers will be given the experience of true surround sound without having to buy extra speakers. Instead, clear dialog and rich bass will be provided at the same time through only two speakers. It will be interesting to see if Hitachi and SRS can actually back up these claims of better surround sound with just a couple of speakers. Hopefully, the new TV sets will prove themselves when they launch in the near future.
