Hitachi has just come forth today to show off their latest projector dubbed the RPX-RX94. Make note that this projector is being marketed towards the enterprise market but those looking for a new home theater projector may want to take notice. The reason for this being the fact that the CP-RX94 features a 1024 x 768 XGA resolution, 2600 ANSI lumens and a 2,000:1 contrast ratio. From the looks of it no 3D capabilites are being included here so those looking for such a feature will want to look elsewhere. But, the projector does come complete with a built-in speaker along with closed captioning – two things that will prove to be very valuable to the right folks.

To top it all off, Hitachi has let us know that the projector will be priced quite palatably at just $460. No word on a release date for the projector but as always we’ll keep you posted as more information is made known.
