HE 2004: The sponsors of the Home Entertainment West 2004 Show scheduled to be held next week from November 4-7 in San Francisco issued a statement today that the show has been cancelled.
According to the show sponsors, the show cancellation is “due to the recent escalation of the hotel labor issue in San Francisco.” The sponsors promised further details of their decision to cancel the show tomorrow.
Advance Ticket Holders To Receive Refunds
HE 2004 West staff indicated that arrangements to refund the amount paid to advanced ticket holders would be announced shortly. In today’s statement, they indicated told advanced ticket holders that “You will be refunded fully for your tickets purchased. Your credit cards will be refunded over the next few weeks. We are processing these orders in the order in which they were received. If you do not have a credit posted to your account on or before November 15, 2004, check back to the HE 2004 website for assistance.”
