HD is proud to present its new Dune BD Prime, the first media streamer with integrated Blu-ray player. This new product called Dune BD is capable of supporting Blu-ray discs of profile 1.1 and 2.0. It can play DVD videodiscs and also files on Blu-Ray (BD-R, BD-RE), CD (CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW) and DVD (DVD-ROM, DVD+-R, DVD+-RW).

The new HD Dune BD features NAS function that makes it usable as a Bit-Torrent client. This product is mainly based on Sigma Designs 8634 chipset. It comes with 384MB of RAM, 64MB of flash memory and 1GB of NAND flash memory for Java support. Supporting Full HD 1920 x 1080p output via HDMI, this new streamer with Blu-ray comprises three USB ports.

At present Dune BD is available in four great models, including, Dune BD Prime, Dune BD Prime + Wi-Fi 802.11n, Dune BD Prime + Ethernet 1000 Mb/s and Dune BD Prime + 2 x eSATA.
