Epson EB-G5000 projector series unveiled

Epson is no stranger when it comes to the world of projectors, and the Japanese company has rolled out its latest EB-G5000 projector series for the masses which will comprise of – get this, 8 new models that will comprise of the EB-G5500, EB-G5600, EB-G5650W, EB-G5800, EB-5900, EB-G5950, EB-G5450WU, and EB-G5750WU.

Apart from the G5650W, G5450WU, and the G5750WU, all of the mentioned projectors will sport a native XGA (1024 x 768) resolution. The G5650W itself will ship with a native WXGA (1280 x 800) resolution, while the other two will feature a whole lot more impressive pixel count at WUXGA (1920 x 1200) resolution. As for their brightness levels, it depends on the model as they range from 4500 to 5200 ANSI lumens.

The outstanding feature on all of these projectors from Epson? They will sport Epson’s Smooth Image Reproduction technology which makes sure that your eyes benefit from the best quality possible. With Crystal Clear Fine Technology thrown into the mix (a commonly used theme in Epson’s home theater projectors), you can more or less breath easy that you will be able to have an enjoyable home theater experience. There is no word on pricing details for the EB-G5000 series as at press time.
