DPI recently launched iVision 30 – WUXGA Projector featuring an aspect ratio of 16:10 and a resolution of 1920 x 1200. Offering high resolution pictures, the projector is capable of displaying 1080p video without the need of any scaling.
According to Mike Levi, president of DPI: “WUXGA displays are a vital next step as we observe the expanding use of computers as tools for serving high resolution video and data content across a variety of aspect ratios. WUXGA’s 16 x 10 native aspect ratio is an almost perfect meeting place for 1920 x 1080 and 1600 x 1200 sources to co-exist, as both can be displayed at their full native resolution, but with minimized un-used display area.”
The projector is based on Dark Chip DMD technology. Weighing 6.5lbs, the projector is equipped with 300W UHP lamp delivering 3100 ANSI lumens. Analog video connections, HDMI and DVI inputs and ColorMax calibration technology makes it stand out in the crowd.
The high quality six lenses used in the projector offer a horizontal shift of 45% and vertical shift of 55%. Though the price is still kept hidden, the projector will surely give an edge to your presentations.
