Having a massive HDTV to watch all of our content on is both a blessing and a curse. Why a curse, you say? Because it seems unlikely that anyone will be strapping their HDTV to their back and carting it around to consume content on the go. Luckily just about every smartphone and tablet to hit the market in recent memory is a great way to do just that. However, what happens when your smartphone screen is too small but your tablet isn’t portable enough? Well then a projector packed case may do the trick.

Brookstone has just been nice enough to give us a glimpse of their latest iPhone case with, you guessed it, a projector built right in. Don’t expect this projector to be IMAX quality as it features a 640 x 360 resolution, 15 lumens, a .5 watt speaker, 2,100mAh battery and a theoretical max screen size of 50-inches. Then again, you have to take into consideration that this is a smartphone case with a projector.

Price wise we’re said to be looking at $230 which may be a bit steep for many but if you’re a nomad looking for an experience as close to your home theater as possible this may be a godsend. Expect it to be made available on November 21st.
