The Bose Lifestyle T20 is a 5.1 channel surround sound system that offers five direct / reflecting speaker arrays and an Acoustimass module to recreate the stunning sound, a set of included surround sound decoders (including Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital, and VideoStage 5, among others), connections for up to six different input sources–route your DVD player, Blu-ray, video game systems and everything else through this one unit.  You’ll also get the ADAPTiQ audio calibration system, and automatic video upscaling to 1080p, regardless of the unit you plug into it.

Not only is the Bose Lifestyle T20 easy to use and spectacularly versatile, the sound is amazing.  I’m always stunned by the kind of sound quality that can emerge from these tiny speakers, each easily small enough to hold in the palm of my hand.

But like I said, you’ll pay for this incredible system, and pay out the nose, too.  Best Buy wants two thousand dollars out of you for the Bose Lifestyle T20, and that’s more than a lot of people would likely want to spend.  But for that money, you’ll get patently incredible sound and loads of options, so if you’re prepared to put out that kind of money, know you’ll get an incredible sound system in return.
