We’ve shown you several different projectors today including the Acer K11 and the Sanyo PLC-XD2200. While both of these projectors have their high points neither are 1080p meaning hardcore home theater heads may turn a blind eye to them. Luckily, a company by the name of Barco has just stepped forward with their mammoth of a projector dubbed the HDX-W14.

This projector features a 1920 x 1200 WUXGA resolution, 14,500 ANSI lumens, a 1,700:1 contrast ratio and the ability to display 3D videos. Asise from the normal ports that you’d expect out of a projector of this caliber the HDX-W14 also features an RJ-45 LAN port allowing for remote control through a laptop, smartphone or tablet.

Seeing how the HDX-W14 is destined for commercial use there’s no telling if it will ever be made available to the public. If it is, however, we can’t see it coming cheap but we’ll keep you posted nonetheless.
