A Remote Control Watch for the Television

I know that the idea of using the watch for a communication device has been around since Dick Tracy.

We actually have the technology to make watch communicators like cell phones, but that hasn’t really worked out very well. However, what about a watch control for the TV? Anyone ever tried that before?

It would appear that our friends at Hammacher Schlemmer have made a Television Remote Control, and it has six buttons on the bezel that command essential functions like volume, power, channel up/down, as well as play, rewind, and fast forward. It looks like it works well for TVs, DVDs, and other devices that have an infrared signal.

If you want to try it out for yourself, feel free to give it a shot. Just click here and order it for $99.95.
