3D Glasses can be biodegradable too

If 3D on TV and movies is going to be as big as everyone thinks it is, then all those 3D glasses are going to leave a huge carbon footprint.

Of course, I don’t really know what a carbon footprint is, but still, everyone has to do something for the planet. So why not create biodegradable 3D glasses. These are made of plastics from plant materials, rather than the petroleum-based plastic in other 3D glasses.

These glasses should be available from Cereplast and Oculus 3D this summer, just in time for the 3D crop of films this summer.
