I thought I would re-post this video here. It doesn’t exactly have an action movie pace, but it shows someone “porting” Apple’s Airplay to a Linux box running Ubuntu and XMBC.

It looks like it works quite well, and could probably be the way of the future when it comes to streaming from any Airplay-enabled device.

It’s always good to see new ways of watching video tried out. Once again, the day is coming when if you buy a television, you will get a computer, and vice versa.
