Warner Brothers DVD2BLU program

May 7, in Blu-Ray

I suppose that DVD is a dying format with Blu-ray coming about and all.

Warner Brothers is starting a program for when DVD completely dies. This involves the use of DVD2BLU, and it only works for WB movies, apparently. All you do is mail-in your old DVD movies for $5 and get a nice Blu-ray back.

There are only 90 titles available now, and there is shipping charges and a 2-month turnaround time. My source says that you can save money by exchanging at least 7 movies to qualify for free shipping.
