Yes DVD-Audio Releases as Rick Wakeman Joins Group on Tour

Progressive rock super-group Yes, have a busy year ahead. Not only are the band to embark on a summer tour of the United States, but they’ll also be releasing two DVD-Audio discs.

The big news for Yes fans is that former member Rick Wakeman (keyboards) will re-join the much-revered line-up of vocalist Jon Anderson, guitarist Steve Howe, bassist Chris Squire and drummer Alan White for the tour, which kicks off on July 17th in Seattle. read more…

The Associated Press reports that Pansonic will be demonstrating an in-car DVD-A system at this week’s Digital Car Conference and Exhibition. This will be a big step forward for the format.
