South Korea to do first stereoscopic 3D TV broadcasts

So, here is the latest in 3D news. Apparently, South Korea is going to be the first country in the world to offer stereoscopic 3D TV programs.

Starting May 19th, all four of the country’s land-based television stations KBS, MBC, SBS, and EBS, will have these broadcasts, and it will begin with 2010 Colorful Daegu Pre-Championships Meeting on KBS.

So, I believe this is just the beginning of stereoscopic 3D. Let’s see how well this will spread, yes?
