Sony Launches Three A/V Receivers And 3D Blu-ray Player For Its ES Series

Recently, Sony announced the upcoming release of three new AV receivers and a 3D Blu-ray player for its ES series. According to Engadget, the Sony receivers provide a full range of various color schemes, video mode and audio codex to satisfy lovers of home entertainment. They also feature 3D HDMI, streaming media from a DLNA server, and Dolby True HD and dts HD codecs. These receivers are known as the STR-DA5600ES, STR-DA4600ES and STR-DA3600ES. The STR-DA5600ES receiver is priced at $2,000 and it’s due to come out in September while the other two models will be available in August. The STR-DA4600ES costs $1,500 and the STR-DA3600ES is on sale for $1,100.

Meanwhile, the Sony 3D Blu-ray player is called the BDP-S1700ES. It features full HD 1080p, IR input jack, built-in Wi-Fi, free BD Remote app (iPhone, iPod touch and Android), Photo/music/video playback through USB and DLNA, Dolby TrueHD and dts-HD Master Audio and 1GB memory. Furthermore, the BDP-S1700ES Blu-ray player is available in August for $400.
