Sharp Unveils Two New 3D TVs With 3D Blu-ray Recorder

Recently, Sharp Japan introduced two new models of 3DTV known as the 46-inch LC-46LB3 and the 52-inch LC-52LB3 from the AQUOS Quattron series. Interestingly enough, these TV sets are equipped with a built-in Blu-ray recorder, which is designed with 3D capability as well.

Furthermore, the two Sharp 3DTVs feature an identical list of specifications. With both models, you can expect full HD resolution, 5,000,000: TV contrast ratio, four-primary-color technology, LED backlight, i.LINK, 7.5W?2+15W speakers, one USB port, 3 HDMI interfaces, LAN, BD-LIVE and BDXL compatibility. Thus, the 3DTVs are due to arrive in stores for Japan on November 15. The 46-inch LC-46LB3 is priced at $5,050 while the 52-inch LC-52LB3 will retail for $6,000. However, there’s no information available concerning international sales at the moment.
