Some of you might remember that ad for Google TV that we showed you with Kevin Bacon, playing Ivan Cobenik, his own biggest fan.

I had no idea, but there is apparently an extended version of this ad. Considering that the one-minute version of this ad first appeared a few months ago, so I don’t know why it took so long to get this longer version.

I don’t think that this was refilmed, but they must have had this footage all along. I notice that within the video are links that you can click on for more information.

Anyway, it is here for your weekend pleasure. Perhaps it will give Google TV some serious press, as I have been told that it is not selling all that well. However, it has been a while since I have reported on that, and maybe having these Kevin Bacon ads is actually helping.
