If you’re looking for surround sound but don’t have the ability to strategically place speakers all over the room, you should keep an eye out for Samsung’s recently announced HT-WS1 sound bar.

Featuring a 260W 2.1 system the HT-WS1 is capable of virtual 5.1 surround sound and, coupled with a subwoofer, is looking to secure a spot in your home theater (or wherever your set up may be).

There’s no word on pricing but word has it this thing will drop sometime this month.
