Samsung two million Apps downloaded onto its TVs

Samsung has recently announced this week that 2 million Apps have been downloaded from its sets.

That has been since just some time last year, and it took about 268 to hit one million apps downloaded. With some math, I found it took 97 days to double it up.

YouTube and Hulu Plus are among the most commonly downloaded apps, according to Samsung. They are joined by ESPN’s Next Level, AccuWeather, and Google Maps. The company’s marketplace also offers Blockbuster, Twitter, Pandora, and several other applications.

By the way, Samsung had said it believed retailers would sell 6.5 million sets features apps by the end of 2010.
