Philips Rounds Out CinemaOne Home Theater at CEDIA 2008

Philips, a world-renowned electronic company has launched its new CinemaOne Home Theater. Packed with all the advance features, the new CinemaOne Home Theater comprises of a five-channel amplifier and a 4-inch subwoofer. Not only this, it also comes with a digital signal processing that is capable of handling Dolby Digital.

CinemaOne Home Theater brought out by Philips features MPEG2 multichannel audio that can create a realistic and immersive cinema sound effect. Its CD/DVD Player can efficiently handle MPEG, DivX and WMV content along with standard DVDs and CDs. This newly launched unit upscales the standard definition video up to 1080p.

CinemaOne can be connected to additional devices and media via USB. It incorporates Philips’ own DSP technology that can restore details lost in MP3 audio compression. Philips is yet to release the information on availability and price of the new CinemaOne Home Theater System.
